Hey crafty friends! It’s Ashley here today and I am sharing a card I created using the Happily Ever After stamp set.

I started by pulling out a piece of watercolor paper and my Prima watercolors. I painted a light wash of color using some pink colors to create an background under-painting.

Once the background was dry I stamped the heart from the set with Antique Linen Distress ink. This ink is a light color and reactivates with water which makes it perfect for no-line watercoloring. I painted the heart and flowers with the Prima watercolors. Once the paint was dry I added in some more color and details with markers.

Next I took out my Gansai Tambi watercolors and flicked some gold paint onto the panel. I also took a white gel pen and added highlights and details to the heart and flowers.

I stamped a sentiment from the set under the heart with black ink. I then took the panel and popped it up on a white card base with foam tape. To finish up I added a few sequins.
