Motivational card set

Hello Everyone,

Happy New Year! It is Zsofi here with a motivational card set. At the beginning of January I like to set my plans for the coming year and I read more motivational quotes than ever. Probably that is why I was enchanted by the Believe Script stamp set and as I am a huge unicorn lover, I imagined a card set where I pair the beautiful sentiments with cute unicorns. The Magical Unicorns set was the perfect match.

I started with stamping and colouring the unicorns with Copic markers. I used my favourite colour families: blues, pinks and purples. After I have finished, I used the coordinating dies to cut them out.

Then I cut 2 inches wide strips of white cardstock and silver heat embossed the pretty sentiments along with some sparkle images scattered around the text.

I gave each strip a silver metallic mat and popped up the unicorns using thin 3D foam tape.

I chose some patterned papers as the backgrounds from the Sunset, Not too spooky and Beach babe paper pads. I adhered them to a white card base and mounted the focal panels on top of them. I added a bit of clear shimmer with a shimmer pen to the hair of the unicorns and glossy accents to the horns. As a finishing touch I used some clear sequins from my stash.
