Hey there friends. Katie here today and my day on the blog. Today I have a super fun shaker card to share with you!

This card is such a great thank you and/or encouragement card for a friend. These chickies are all squished up together and so cute.

I made this fun shaker by stamping the image from Hey Chickie with Versafine on some watercolor paper. I used my zigs and a paintbrush to color this. When it was dry I added some gel pen highlights and then cut it out with the Hey Chickie die set. Next, I took my white base and used the my Mini Ergo Brush with tumbled glass distress oxide and a cloud stencil and created the background. After, I used the Sunshine and Smiles paper pad with the Stitched Arches Die set and mounted acetate to this layer. I used foam tape to mount this to my base after adding some raindrops and cloud embellishments inside. Next, I stamped the sentiment on blue and die cut it. I cut out clouds using the Rainbow Dies and mounted that on the base. After, I added my chickies onto the front.

Wahlah! Such a happy card despite the raindrops. I sure do hope you like it.
