I’m here for … Cheerfoil

Hi friends, this is Caitlin and today I am sharing a card I made with one of the new Cheerfoils. I love the color and pattern of this foil so much and I had to show it to you immediately. I think that the new Stay Strong Stamp set is the perfect pair for any foiled background because they are bold enough to stand on their own and they don’t cover the background too much. I also really wanted to play around with mixing black and white with this rainbow foil.

The Prism Rainbow Cheerfoil is so beautiful and each roll is a little unique. I paired it up with one of the wider stripe foilables from the Many Stripes Foilable set. With both pretty sides facing up, I ran it through the Mini Minc Machine and let it cool completely before I peeled off the foil layer. I trimmed down a piece of Asphalt Card Stock to be 5.5 in x 4.25 in and added the foiled panel to it with EZ Squeeze Liquid Glue.

I prepped a scrap of the Asphalt Card Stock with the Magic Anti Static Brush and then stamped my sentiment with the Embossing Ink. I added some of the Frosting Embossing Powder and melted it with a heat tool. I used the coordinating dies to cut it out and added it onto my card front with some of the foam tape. To play up all those colors and shine even more, I added coordinating gems from the Warm Jellies and Cool Jellies Sets with each stripe. I used the negative foil left over with one of the black full toner sheets Live on Facebook and YouTube and made a similar card to make sure none of this foil went to waste.
