Hello, crafty friends and happy Saturday!! I hope you have some fun plans for the weekend!! Possibly fitting in a little (or a lot of) crafting?!? Brenda here with a fun get well card to share with you today featuring the adorable Chicken Soup Stamp Set on a Get Well Foilables background!!
I started by stamping the images from the Chicken Soup Stamp Set onto Ice Rink Cardstock with Asphalt Ink. I colored them with Copics, then used the Coordinating Dies to cut them out.
For the background, I foiled one of the panels from the Get Well Foilables with Shattered Red CheerFoil. I die-cut it with the second largest die in the Layered Rectangles A2 Die Set and adhered it to a panel of Asphalt Cardstock that was cut out with the largest die in the same set. The fourth largest die in the Scallop Rectangles Die Set was cut from Stop Sign Cardstock. I die-cut the Polka Hearts Cover Die from Ice Rink Cardstock, then cut that out with the 8th smallest die in the Layered Rectangles A2 Die Set, along with another panel of Ice Rink Cardstock. I layered all the rectangle die-cuts and adhered them together with liquid glue, then adhered them to the foiled background panel.
The sentiment is also from the Chicken Soup Stamp Set. It was white heat embossed onto Asphalt Cardstock and trimmed into a rectangle. I popped up the soup bowl, crackers, spoon and sentiment with foam tape. Touch of Gloss on the eyes, soup, noodles and heart adds a bit of shine to finish it off.
That’ll do it for me today!! Thank you so much for stopping by!! Have a wonderful weekend!!
