Hello everyone! Justin here, and today I am sharing a look at a couple brand new products coming to the Pink & Main website this week for our May Release! While you may have already seen the Summer Penguins set, which is the May Stamp of the Month, I thought it would be fun to pair it with the new Curly Waves Foilables and Simple Greetings Dies!
Below is a list of products that I used to create this card:
Pink & Main Products Used:
Summer Penguins Stamp Set
Summer Penguins Coordinating Dies
Curly Waves Foilables
Simple Greetings Dies
Stitched Rectangle Dies Set 1
Mod Stitched Rectangle Dies
Pink & Main Mini Minc
Cobalt CheerFoil
Rainbow Color Toner Sheets
Summer Glitter Paper
River Walk Cardstock
Ice Rink Cardstock
White Glitter Enamel Dots
EZ Squeeze Adhesive
Foam Tape
Other Key Products:
Copic Markers
Let’s get into some details on how I put this card together!
This card was easy to put together! I colored up my images from the Summer Penguins stamp set with Copic Markers and then used the coordinating dies to cut them out. I set them aside for later.
Next, I warmed up my Pink & Main Mini Minc, and used the Cobalt Cheerfoil on top of a Curly Waves Foilable. Then, because I wanted to use the negative, I placed the negative on top of the Blue Green Toner Sheet from the Rainbow Color Toner Sheet and processed it through the Pink & Main Mini Minc. I used the 2nd largest die from the Mod Stitched Rectangles Stamp Set to die cut the panel and set it aside.
I die cut blue glitter paper from the Summer Glitter Paper Pack with the largest die from the Stitched Rectangles Set 1 Die Set, and adhered this directly onto an A2 card base. I used adhesive to then adhere my Curly Waves Foiled Die Cut directly on top.
I used the “Hello There” die from the Simple Greetings Die Set to die cut my sentiment from Ice Rink Cardstock, and adhered it onto the outline die cut, which I cut from Riverwalk Cardstock. I adhered this unit and my colored images to my card with foam tape.
I finished off my card by adhering a few White Glitter Enamel Dots and my card was complete!
Thank you so much for stopping by today to check out my card using the new Summer Penguins stamp set! I hope this card jumpstarts some summer creativity with the new May Release!
