Hello Five O’Clock

Hey peeps. It’s Dana here with you today. I enjoy living by the saying it’s five o’clock somewhere. Nothing like a refreshing cocktail after a hard day of crafting or working. 😉 Today I’m sharing the new Happy Hour stamp set with all of you.

For my card I couldn’t just have one cocktail! I mean we are having a party on this card. I stamped the images onto a white card panel and colored them with my Copic markers. Next I stamped several of the sentiments included in the set into the white space between my cocktails. I wanted to keep the card clean and simple so I used the stitched rectangle die to trim down my panel. I clued this to a colorful card panel. For just a touch of sparkle I added some sequins.

On the glasses to make them look more real, I added some glossy accents onto of them. It’s kind of hard to tell in the photo but trust me it’s there. 😂

I think the next time I make a card using this stamp set I will turn it into a cocktail background card. There are so many ideas in my head with this set. I know too many people who would love to sit back and share cocktails while stamping.
