Hedgie Hello

Hey there! Katie here again with another fun fall themed card.

Feel free to squeal now because this little critter is just the cutest! I also love this happy but concertedly fall color palette!

Here is how I made this one. I used the brand new Sunny Side of Life Stamps and Coordinating Dies and colored them with my Copics AND some new OLO Markers that I was dying to try out. They worked well together as you can see. I added some white highlights with a white pencil because my gel pen was out. Then I set these aside. Next, I pulled out some Dress Shop Cardstock and ran in through my die cutting machine using the new Knit Sweater Embossing Folder. Then, I die cut some Year-Round Plaid Paper with the Concave Rectangle Die. I mounted this on the pink and then added a bit of ribbon. Next, I used some yellow CS, cut using the Zig Zag Circle Dies and made it even brighter with Mustard Distress Oxide and My Mini Ergo Blending Brush. I stamped the sentiment on this layer with my Asphalt Ink and mounted this on top of the other layers with the EZ Tear Tape. Lastly, I added some Black Glaze Gel Pen to the eyes and nose of my hedgie and when it dried I added my image on the from with some Foam Tape. You can find a complete list of P&M supplies at the bottom of this post.

Here is the face close up and he is just so darn sweet! This card bring the happiness into fall for me and I hope it does the same for you!
