Hey lovelies, Tracy here with you today. I hope you all had a nice weekend 🙂
Today I am going to be creating a glittery card using the Eyelet Cover Die & Crafty Stamp Set
The eyelet cover die is a beautiful die and covers the front of an A2 notecard perfectly.
I wanted to use the Glitter is my favourite color sentiment from the Crafty Stamp Set and played around with a couple of ideas but settled for the one I have used today.
I used some pink glitter card that I had in my stash and die cut it with the die, at the same time I also die cut a piece of Neenah Solar White card.
There is several ways you can adhere the inlaid glitter pieces, I used an Xyron Creative station which applies a layer of adhesive and for me is my go to when doing an inlaid die cut card.
The plus side to this is I now also have the glitter die cut panel to use on another card.
Once I had adhered the whole panel and the inlaid pieces onto the card base I stamped the sentiment using some black ink for contrast.
It blended a bit too much into the background so I trimmed down a section of the glitter card slightly wider and adhered it to the piece to create a glitter border.
To finish off I added some sequins, they look purple in the photos but in RL have more pink tones to it.
A fun glittery card that can be customised in so many ways.
Thank you so much for stopping by today. I hope you have a great day.
Happy crafting.
Pretty!
Have a great day!
