Good morning friends and welcome back! It’s Laurie with you this morning to share a pretty easy get well card. I don’t know about you, but sympathy and get well cards are rarely in my stash. That’s not good because these are the cards that we often need at the last minute!

The colour palette on this card is soft, pretty and relaxing. I did some stencilling with the Puffy Heart Stencil. I achieved this look by masking off a heart shape on the white panel, placing the stencil over top and using a combination of Picked Raspberry and Spun Sugar Distress Inks. I’m a little obsessed with stencils at the moment!
The floral cluster is made using the Mum Dies. I used the smaller pieces of the flowers and the leaves. I used Shaded Lilac for the flowers and Twisted Citron for the leaves. I adhered all the pieces together with liquid glue than foam mounted the cluster to one side of the stencilled heart.

The sentiment comes from the Forever in my Heart Stamp Set and was white heat embossed onto a kraft Sentiment Strip, to match the card base.
I used a “Corrugated” embossing folder on the card base before adhering the focal panel. All that was left was to add a few die cut hearts that were shaded with the lilac ink.

And that’s all from me today! Thank you so much for dropping in! Have a great day…and weekend!!
