Hi everyone! It’s Jeannie (InsideoutJeans) on the blog today with Pink and Main’s anothe sneak peek with the amazing stamp set named, Fintastic. I hope you’ve been enjoying all the sneaks this past week and are excited for the new release (tomorrow!)
For the card I’m sharing today, I start with two pieces of a 4 x 5.25 card panels. I wanted to stamp this large fish bowl in the same position. For the top panel, I used a pair of scissors to cut out the main fish bowl area so I could create a shaker card. I also wanted to add a bit of interest to the front panel so I pulled out the Mermaid Tail stencil from the new release to add a patterned look.
I stamped out one of the fishes from the set and colored in the fish bowl. Now the card is ready to be put together. To create a shaker, I put acetate on the front panel and to adhere it together, I used two layers of foam tape and used different little bits that I knew would move nicely inside.
This definitely is a super fun card and this set is a larger one with many varieties of fishes and a large fish bowl. I love the possibilities with this one!
