Easter Combo Deal

Hey there! Happy Thursday!

Easter is coming up in a few days and I thought it might be fun to share a few Easter creations. Both of today’s creations feature the Easter Greetings Stamp and coordinating Easter Greeting Die Set.

Forr this first card, I created a background on watercolor paper using Lindy’s Magicals. I set this aside to dry. Next, I used post it notes to create a bunch of masks and used my Misti and masks to stamp these images. I then colored them with my Copics (B01, B02, B000, Y13, Y02, Y35, Y38, YR15, RV21, RV23, YG03, YG11, BV000, V05, V12) and then used snips to cut this one out. Then I added some white gel highlights. I used a glue pen and added Ice Rink Glitter to the little peeps to make them feel sugary and real. Next, I cut out the a bit of green for grass and mounted it on the colored backdrop with my EZ Tear tape. I stamped my sentiment and mounted my image using foam tape. Once that layer was done, I die cut the largest of the Cloudy Frames Dies in white and mounted my front layer to that. All of this was then mounted onto the white base. Lastly, I added some of the gems as my finishing touch.

Creation two is a tag I made using the same Easter Greetings Stamp and coordinating Easter Greeting Die Set. I colored it with mostly the same Copics but added in RV10 for the lightest pink, some W3 and W1 for the grey and E 11 & E 13 for the backet. Again, I added the Ice Rink Glitter for a little fun shine. The tag was made using the Fancy Tag Die, which is super cute. The DP used is from the Happy Paper Pad. Again, I used gems for a little extra fun and some fun blue ribbon to set this off.

I will likely give this one to my daughter with a little Easter gift, nothing big. The card will probably go to my in-laws. I hope enjoy these small little tokens of love. I hope you enjoy them too and I appreciate you visiting today.

Thanks! ~Katie
