Hey everyone, it’s Ashley back on the blog today! I am sharing a clean and simple card design today using the Breakfast Fun stamp set. This design could be easily re-created with any of the images from the set!
First I stamped the images of the egg and bacon and colored them in with Copics. I cut them out using the coordinating die set.
I masked off an oval shape on a piece of white cardstock and blended with a few blue inks to create a focal point. You could do this with any shape you want! I popped up the colored in images on the oval and then I popped that whole panel up on a blue card base.
For my sentiment I heat embossed the stamp from the set which says “Don’t go bacon my heart, I couldn’t if I fried” on black cardstock with white embossing powder. And of course I was singing the whole time!
To finish up the card I first went over the sentiment strip with a glitter brush. I added some silver Glossy Hearts around the sentiment. I used a white gel pen to add some highlights to my colored in images. Finally I added some glossy accents to the egg yolk to make it really pop and shine!
