Deck the Palms

Hi everyone,

Ilina here today with a clean and simple card using the new Deck the Palms stamp set. I think I am not opposed to the idea of having tropical Christmas at all. For example Christmas in Hawaii.

To make the card I started by stamping the palms image onto white card stock, colored with Copic markers and die cut it using the coordinating Deck the Palms dies. Next, I made a mask using some masking paper and the Stitched circle dies in order to create the sun with ink blending. I used blending brushes and Street Light and Construction Surface inks to create the sun onto 4″ x 5 1/4″ panel of white card stock. Once dry I stamped the sentiment.

Next, I adhered  the palms using foam mounting tape, adhered to black note card and added some Rainbow Glossy dots to finish of my card.
