Cozy Critters

Happy hump day friends! I am feeling fall in the air. Last weekend, I went to a sunflower festival with my husband and picked a flower almost twice the size of my head! It was huge and glorious. Here is a shot of some of the beauties.

In celebration of this fall feel, I have some not one, but two fall cards to share using Cozy Critters, this month’s stamp and die of the month. The images are very cute and I think you are going to like them.

Here is the first card I have to share.

For this card, I stamped the image from the set using my Misti and Black ink. Then, I colored it with my Copics (C3, C1, BG45, B15, B13, YR31, YR21, E07, E09, E11, E21, E53, R05, R08) and added some gel highlights. Once it was colored I cut it out with the coordinating die. Next, I cut some of the paper from the new Pumpkin Season Paper Pack and placed it on a white base. After that I used a bit more of the paper and some rust colored cardstock with the with the Cloudy Frame Die. I mounted those on the base. Then I stamped the sentiment on some yellow cardstock and tucked it under the frame. Next, I mounted the image using some foam tape. Lastly, I added some glitter Pumpkin Season Glitter Enamel Dots.

Here is the second card. i used a lot of the same supplies. I stamped the image and colored it with my copics (R05, R08, YR68, YR31, YR21, YR04, BG46, BG15, C5, C3, C1, E11) and die cut it out. Then I used the Cloudy Frame die again with more of the Pumpkin Season paper. and some light blue paper. I mounted all the layers on the white base. The outer base was mounted with foam. Next, I die cut the sentiment in brown and rust paper using a thanks die and mounted it. Then I mounted the image using foam tape. Lastly, I added Sparkle Gems.

Don’t these sweet cards make a nice pair? I think they are such darling little critters.

Thanks for visiting, I hope you enjoyed this post. Be sure to visit us again and check out all the new products in the store.
