Hello Friends! I hope you all are doing well and enjoying your weekend. Today, I am sharing a Christmas card that uses one of my favorite Christmas stamp sets, Holiday Wreaths. I love a good wreath image and this set includes two beautiful wreaths plus a lot of Christmas greenery to use! Let’s get started…
I started my card by stamping one of the wreaths from the Holiday Wreaths Stamp Set in VersaFine Clair Black ink and adding clear embossing powder. I then used my Zig watercolor pens to color the wreath. (No. 041 Light Green and No. 022 Carmine Red) Next, I used the Holiday Wreaths Dies to die cut the wreath.
For my card layout, I used the Stitched Rectangle Dies to die cut my card panels. I used a paint brush and flicked a little black ink onto my white panel before layering it onto my card front. Next, I stamped my sentiment from the Holly Jolly Stamp Set with VersaFine black ink and once again added clear embossing powder. Lastly, I attached my wreath with foam adhesive to my card front.
Thanks for joining me today! Those of you in the US, or who celebrate, I want to wish you a Very Happy Thanksgiving…I hope you have plans to spend the day with those you love!
Have a great week,
Dana
