Hi friends! Laurie here to share a card which I had so much fun making! First off, the images in the new Bundle of Joy Stamp Set are so darned adorable and were a blast to colour and second, I got to try out a new watercolour paint palette!

I think this is a gender neutral card which would be perfect for boy or girl. Even though I added touches of purple, it’s not overly girly. Plus, the colours are muted and almost give a vintage feel.

For the background, I used the Puffy Heart Stencil along with a couple of the same colours I used for the images. The hearts aren’t perfect but I think it adds a bit of charm to the card. I cut the stencilled background down with the second largest of the Stitched Rectangles Set 2 Dies. I cut the images out with the co-ordinating dies and foam mounted them to the panel.

I used an ivory card base to better match the watercolour paper. A bit of Nuvo Crystal Glaze and some Silver Glossy Dots finish this card!
I hope you enjoyed my project today and found a bit of inspiration!
Have a great day!!
Laurie
