Hello crafty friends, it’s Ashley here on the blog today and I am sharing an ocean scene card. The cute little fishies on this card come from the Fintastic stamp set.

I stamped all of the fish with black in onto white cardstock and then colored them in with some alcohol markers. I added detail and highlights to the fish with a white gel pen. I then cut each of the fish out with the coordinating dies.

For the background I blended some different blue colors of Distress Oxide ink on a 3.5 x 4.5 piece of cardstock. I then flicked some water onto the ink to give the scene some texture.

I stamped the sentiment onto the background with black ink. I then popped up the background on a 4 x 9 card base. I used foam tape to pop up each of the fish on the card.

For the finishing touches I went around the edge of the blended background with dotted lines using a white gel pen. I then added some raindrop embellishments randomly across the whole background.
Thanks for stopping by with me today!
Love your sweet card design.
