Happy Thursday! Katie here today with a fun birthday card. This one is of the belated variety.
This fun card features the new Party Animal Stamp and Coordinating Die Set as well as the new Loopy Borders Die Set. I stamped my images and colored them with my Copics (R37, R35, R14, B26, B24, B23, YG25, YG23, YG11, YG03, Y15, Y13, G09, G03, G02). I die cut a white circle using the Stitched Circle Dies and stamped and colored the streamers. I mounted the circle on the base, which is DP from the Be Merry Paper Pad. Then I added a white strip and then added the loopy border that was die cut in blue. I then mounted my image using foam tape and stamped my sentiment. Some white highlights finished it off.
