Layout – amazing son, awesome dad

Hi,

when I got my DT package with new release I already known that I will make some masculine layout. I think that material made mainly for card makers is also awesome for scrapbooking. Really you can get from your material more than you think. So I decided to challenge myself and try to make more layouts from new release. Will you try it too?

For this LO I used Directional Border Dies – I used die cuts but also I made with them my own stencil for background. You do not have to buy tons of stencil when you have got some cool dies. I worked with Take Flight 2 paper pack, I choose some orange, cream and blue papers and I made with them background for my photo. On photo is my hubby and son (2 years ago, trip to Zoo in Ostrava city here in our Czech Republic). For background I also used sentiments and stamped cool bears from new set Too cool and from set Awesome family. Bears are stamped with Versa fine onyx black ink and coloured with Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers. It is really easy layout. I worked on white paper and I really need to find how to make proper photo of white paper! For stamping background I used Distress oxides and Versa fine onyx black inks.
