Christmas tags

Hi,

today is my post all about creating christmas tags. It is always so nice when you get present with lovely tag. And it is easy to make such tag at home. I prepared for you many tags.

All my tags are very easy and you can do them too. I used many stamp sets – hOWLidays, Santa Paws, Fun Washi, Dinomite , Pretty Princess . It is sad when you get many stamps and you use only old ones. Do not hesitate take some old and use them more often. Mainly small images are so versatile. For my tags I used tiny images from different sets like stars by Dinomite or diamond by Pretty Princess. It can be something like stretch your stamps 🙂

All images are stamped with Memento ink and coloured with Copic. Tags have got different size and they are made with nested tag dies. For images I used coordinating dies. All images are glued with 3D foam dots. All sentiments are stamped with Versa Fine onyx black.

– at this first tag is background made with stencil and green dye ink and ink applicator, with stencils you can make easily many different backgrounds

background is stamped with green and red dye ink (you can stamp here and there over piece of paper and than die cut tag, so it will be much more faster and also helpful if you need to make many tags)

again stamped background, I stayed in 2 colours combo, you do not need to have in your stash many different inks, just use what you have

I love stamp set – Fun washi – here I used striped stamp, it looks really like washi and you can stamp it in any colour, so you can really save money for buying washi tapes

at this tag I made background with stencil, structure paste and tons of glitters, so snowflakes behind images look like fluffy and they are lovely sparkling, of course such tag is not good for shipping (because of glitters)

embossing another of my favourite techniques cannot be missing on my tags, here I stamped stars from Dinomite stamp set and I heat embossed it with gold embossing ink
