Monthly Card Challenge #18: Sketch Challenge

It’s time to kick off our monthly challenge for June! Our challenges begin on the second Friday of each month, and each month has a different theme. We hope you’ll use it as inspiration to create a card!

This month’s theme is: Sketch Challenge! This time we have something a little different for you – a sketch challenge! We hope you have fun and are inspired by this fun card sketch. Follow it to a T, or use a loose interpretation – however you are inspired, just get your craft on and create something!

CHALLENGE RULES!

  1. Pink & Main products must be used on challenge entries.
  2. Cards must be a NEW creation, created specifically for this challenge.
  3. Enter as many times as you’d like.

Enter your cards for this month’s challenge in one of two ways: in the Inlinkz link-up at the bottom of this post, or in the June challenge album in the Pink & Main Creations Gallery Facebook Group. Enter for a chance to win a Pink & Main store credit worth $25.

Submissions close on Wednesday, July 8 at 11:59pm ET. The winning entry will be selected randomly and posted with the next new challenge blog post.

Now let’s check out the inspiration from our Challenge Team.

Brennan used the sketch as inspiration for the layout of this sweet card. He stamped Dogwood Blooms in the background, and added a focal point image from Silly Goose.

Dominique created this tropical beauty! We love how she pulled the greenery from the Greenhouse Pop Up Card Dies, and combined it with The Three Flamingos Dies!

The Note Pages Dies are perfect for creating the elements of the sketch, as Jennifer did here. They are cute paired with the Page Turner stamp set.

Karidan added some sweet coloring to her images from the Oh Capy Day stamp set, and built her sketch layout using elements from Pull and Surprise Card Dies.

Michelle created this sweet card using images from Fluttering By and combining them with the Blooms & Butterflies Paper Pack. How cute is that little snail??

Rosie went patriotic for her card. There are so many fun details here! The little cowboy is from the June Mouse stamp set. We love how Rosie combined stamps from Date It Months and Date It Weeks & Days to create her sentiment. And that little row of stars made from Patriotic Stars Confetti is the perfect finishing touch.

We loved seeing all of your nature creations from the May challenge! We randomly chose a winner from all of the entries – congratulations to Meghan K! Please send us an email to support@pinkandmain.com to claim your $25 store credit!

Now it’s your turn, we hope you’ll play along! You have until Wednesday, July 8 at 11:59pm ET to add your link to your NEW CREATION FEATURING PINK & MAIN PRODUCTS using our theme to be eligible for the prize of a $25 store credit. (Cards created prior to this challenge are not acceptable entries.) The winner will be chosen at random, so everyone has a chance! Simply post your card photo someplace with public access – a blog, social media post, or host site that displays your entry – and add it into the Inlinkz link-up below. OR, add it to the June album in the Pink & Main Creations Gallery Facebook Group.

Good luck and have fun playing!

You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!
