CAS Thank You with Savannah O’Gwynn

Hello, Pink & Main friends and fans!

It’s Savannah O’Gwynn, and I’m back sharing another P&M creation!

Q: Have you ever needed a QUICK thank you card? And when I say QUICK, I mean done and signed within an hour!?! I have!!! And I’ve come up with a super fun card design that will help you if you ever have this type of need! BONUS: This card design can be recreated using a mix of foiled images/papers, other P&M paper pads, and even with different sentiment dies. I love when a card design can be used again with a different outcome!

I love a good patterned paper design- colorful, small design (because I usually use it on a cardbase so it has to be a small design), matches with multiple designs and patterns… these criteria help me actually pick what papers I will be using on my projects🙃 My card uses several of the patterned papers in the NEW Happy Days pad, which of course meet all of these criteria:)

Here’s how I made this card:

  • Cut cardstock to fit cardbase and adhere
  • Create a smaller panel using scrap cardstock (you won’t see it so it doesn’t matter the color; I used white)
  • Cut strips of patterned papers and adhere to small panel; trim excess
  • Die cut sentiment on small panel; attach to cardbase using foam tape
  • Optional: add a sub-sentiment (is that a thing!? LOL!); add sticky gems or confetti; add twine or a bow

This is a very simple card to make!! **NOTE: I do wish I had used a gold paper or something else to make the sentiment pop more for the photo. In person this card is really pretty:)

I hope this CAS card has inspired you to pull out your P&M goodies and create today!

I’ll be back with MORE to share soon! Please remember to share what you create using these techniques, if you are learning to color with me (I’ll be sharing MORE colored images soon), or if you use these P&M stamp/die sets so I can leave you some love ❤️

THANKS so much for stopping by! Happy crafting!!! Hugs ❤️ Savannah

Pink & Main Supplies:

ps… Here’s a sneak peek of a set of 5️⃣ cards that I created using the Tall Rainbow die— I have so many ideas and cannnnnnnnnnnnnot get enough of this die! The idea for this card set was a monotone card design using green cardstock. I was able to create 5 cards because each time I die cut the rainbow image I had multiple bows… BONUS:)

I LOVE how each of my cards turned out! Be sure to check out my IG page HERE for more details!
