Sending Cups of Positivi-Tea

Happy weekend, crafty friends!! Brenda here today sending cups of positivi-tea with a sweet card featuring the Tea Party Die Set!!

I began by die-cutting all the tea elements from Middle School, Ice Rink, yellow and white glitter cardstock using the Tea Party Die Set. I added shading to the tea pot and lemon with Construction ink and the tea cups with Barbershop ink. i used a white gel pen to add some highlights.

To create my tablecloth in the background, I die-cut a piece of floral pattern paper from the Pop Flowers Paper Pad and Ice Rink cardstock with dies in the Fun Shape Border Die Set. I layered them together and adhered them to a panel of gingham cardstock from the same paper pad that was die-cut with the second largest die in the Layered Rectangles A2 Die Set. A panel of Middle School cardstock was die-cut with the second largest die in the Layered Rectangles A2 Die Set and the second largest in the Stitched Arches Die Set. It was adhered over the pattern paper layers, then adhered to an A2 white card base. The tea pot, cups and sugar cubes were arranged and adhered with liquid glue.

The sentiment is from the Tea Time Stamp Set. It was white heat embossed onto a strip of Middle School cardstock and adhered to the background. i added a tiny yellow heart from my stash to the tag. Yellow pearls from the Pop Flowers Sticky Pearls were the perfect finishing touch.

Thank you so very much for spending a bit of your day with me!! Have a wonderful weekend!!

Brenda
