Savannah Learns to Color #3.5-6 + IG GIVEAWAY

I’m back— with a quick card and post (*gasp* Yes!! I said QUICK!!!)!!

This card technically isn’t part of the series Savannah Learns to Color… but it really is because it was watercolored! That’s why it’s only #3.5 for the series. LOL!

The new P&M So Sorry stamp and die set is absolutely beautiful—with flower images and written sentiments that bring comfort. I knew I wanted to use this set and the Water Gems Sparkling Watercolors to make a special card for a friend going through a hard time. This was my first time using the Water Gems, and it was soooooooo fun! Each color is vibrant and shines sooooo much!!! They truly do sparkle in the light!

The techniques I used for this card design included embossing with clear embossing powder and messy watercoloring. This card is very CAS!!! While it might be simple, I know the combination of the stamps, sentiment, and watercolor design will bring lots of comfort to my friend as she grieves.

Here are a few of mine using the twinkle lights and the one light presses. I also colored these images so that makes project 4, 5, and 6 in my Savannah Learns to Color series!!!

I was able to get all three twinkle lights in this photo! I love this card!!!

For this card I was only able to get two out of the three lights in a photo! LOL! It’s so fun to watch them twinkle— and with this card it looks like the snow is glistening!
