Hey there! Happy Tuesday to you. Katie here with a fun shaker card and a tag for you.
The card is made using a fuse tool so it was a transparent hamster cage. I lined the cage with some clay sunflower seeds to make it a fun shaker card Then I used my Layered Circles Die Set to create tubes coming in and out of the cage, I used my Mini Ergo Blending Brushes and distress oxides to differentiate the colors to create borders and shadows. Next, I stamped the images from the Hammies Stamp Set with my Asphalt Ink and cut them out with my Hammies Coordinating Dies. I colored them with my Copics (YR02, YR82, Y13, Y15, B01, B000, YG05, YG11, BG11, E33, E31, E21) and added black glaze pen and white gel pen to the eyes and Noses. I added some Riverwalk cardstock to the base and used part of the Fancy Tag Die to make the handle shape, and then used my snips to cut out the inside, then I added some Pretty Posies Enamel Dots to the handle to look like metal attachments.
For the tag, I use the same products (stamps, tag die and copics). I used some plain cardstock colors for the main layers and used the Garden Paper Pack the background layer. I mounted my image with the Foam Tape and then added the sentiment and twine.
Here is a version with the sunflower seeds scattered around. I had placed a white envelope behind this for a picture.
What do you think? Pretty fun card and fun combo with the tag? I hope so, I sure had fun making it!
