Hello friends! Justin here with another Sneak Peek for the Pink & Main April Release! Today, I am sharing a peek at the Sweet Posies Stamp Set, along with a brand new Envelope Die set!
Below is a list of products I used to create this card:
Pink & Main Products Used:
Sweet Posies Stamp Set
Envelope Die Set
Premium Dye Inks: Dress Shop, Construction, Lakeside, Barbershop & Night Sky
Watermark Embossing Ink Pad
Frosting Embossing Powder
Rainbow Glitter Enamel Dots
Ice Rink Cardstock
Alright, let’s get to some card making!
I love how easy this card was to put together. I took a piece of Ice Rink Cardstock, cut down to 4.25″ x 5.5″ and began stamping the different shapes in the Sweet Posies stamp set to make my background. I used Dress Shop, Construction, Lakeside, Barbershop & Night Sky Premium Dye Inks. When done stamping, I used Construction Premium Dye Ink to distress the edges of the panel.
Next, I smooshed each of the colors of ink onto a separate piece of Ice Rink Cardstock and used the dies in the new Envelope Die Set to die cut the various shapes out. Using Foam Tape, I adhered these shapes directly on top of a corresponding shape on my card to give the illusion of the image popping off the card front!
I then used the sentiment banner in the Envelope Die Set to die cut a piece of cardstock dyed with Barbershop Ink, and I heat embossed the sentiment “You’ve Been On My Mind” in Frosting Embossing Powder.
I finished this card off by applying a few Rainbow Glitter Enamel Dots and adhering it to an A2-sized card base! My card was complete!
