Hello crafty friends it’s Joy here. I love all of the yummy goodies that comes along with Christmas and so this GingerBread Kisses stamp set, totally spoke to me. I love the images from the set, they are so darling! I hope you enjoy!
I stamped the mug and candy with black ink on white cardstock and then Copic colored the images. I went with a nice red mug for Christmas and then of course the peppermint candies go perfect with Christmas. The cute gingerbread man is a nice toasty brown and then the hot chocolate is a darker brown. I used a light grey for the edges of the marshmallows and then a white gel pen for the frosting on the gingerbread man. I added some white highlights to the mug and candies and then some dots to his cheeks.
For the background, I used the Micro Dots 6×6 Embossing folder and kept it white. I added a red mat behind that card panel. I stamped the fun sentiment with black ink and used the coordinating die to cut it out. I popped the mug and sentiment up with foam tape and tucked the candies around the mug for a finishing detail.
