Cup of Cheer

Hey there, Katie here today. Have you checked out the new release yet? You should because it is FILLED with holly jolly and so much fun. I particularly love the new Mugs and Kisses Set, these images are so cute! I made a card with each of the images from this set, but today, I am just going to share two of them.

First up is this card with Rudolph Cup. I made this one with LOTSA glitter.

First I stamped my image from Mugs and Kisses using my Misti and colored it with my Copics (E35, E33, E21, E11, E13, RV20, RV02, G17, G09, G03, R37, R35, R14, C1). Then I cut it out using the coordinating Mugs and Kisses Die Set. Then I used the Be Merry Paper with the Modern Rectangle dies, I used the EZ Tear Tape to mount this on a base. Next, I used the Peppermint Swirl Die with the Adhesive Sheets (foam side down), mounted it on the base and then removed the top adhesive layer and covered it with Holly Glitter. Then I used the stamped the sentiment and used the Large Sentiment Strip dies and adhered those with glue and foam tape. Lastly, I used a glue pen to cover the nose of Rudolph with glitter as well. I mounted it with foam tape.

My second card is my fave of the two.

For this one I used a lot of the same products for this card, including the Be Merry Paper, the Mugs and Kisses and coordinating Mugs and Kisses Die Set. I used Copics R37, R35, R14, E17, E09, E03, C1, E00, E02, E20. I also used the EZ Tear Tape and more Holly Glitter on that strip. The DP is die cut using the new Stitched Arches Dies. For this one, I also made my own background pattern using some clay holly berry embellishments glued with the EZ Squeeze Glue and new Reverse Tweezers. I stamped the sentiment on the inner layer, which was mounted flat on the base, the outer layer was mounted with foam tape. Santa was also mounted with foam tape.

Here is one more shot of the Jolly guy.

Well I hope that you like these fun cards and thanks for checking out my post today!

Be sure to check out the other forums, FB & IG for other new release inspriation!

~Katie
