Good morning! I am sharing another card using the new stamp set, Birthday Boy. I also used the awesome new set, Birthday Wishes. This card was made for my 3 year old cousin…a cute card for a really cute kiddo. I dusted off my Fun Flock to add some dimension to the party hat. I forgot how fun that was to play with.
