Sorry I Was Snappy

Hello there!  It’s Andrea back with you sharing a fun apology card.

My card features the new Wild Thing stamps and dies.  This is such a fun set!  I stamped the images with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, colored them with Copics, and die-cut them with the coordinating dies.

To create a focal spot for my croc, I die-cut an A2-panel of Neenah Desert Storm cardstock with the Stitched Circle Dies and dry-embossed the panel with an embossing folder from my stash.  With a pencil, I marked the circle opening onto the front of a white card and inked up the card with distress inks.  I adhered the die-cut panel to the card with foam tape.

I adhered the crocodile to the card and tucked the leaves under the circle opening, adding foam tape behind some.  Using the smallest die from the Stitched Rectangles Set 2 Dies, I die-cut a rectangle from white cardstock.  I stamped a sentiment from Wild Thing with Versafine Onyx Black ink and clear heat-embossed it.  I popped up my sentiment with dimensional adhesive and tucked another leave underneath it.

Thanks for stopping by!
