Set of Quilted cards

Hi everyone,

Ilina here today with set of cards using the new Quilted Square 1 die. I wanted to use different colors of card stock to piece the die cut back together. I die cut it once of each color I wanted to use. Since I had all these die cuts I decided to make most of it and make five cards (I used five colors: black, pink, blue, orange and green).

Next from each color card stock I created a base measuring 3 7/8″ x 3 7/8″ (the quilted square 1 die measures 4″x4″) and covered it with adhesive.
Next I adhered the coordinating color frame from the die cut, then arranged all the other little pieces inside. Once done, I adhered it to 4 1/4″ x 4 1/4″ black square note card (4 1/4″ x 8 1/2″ piece of card stock folded in half)

Once I had all card bases put together, I die cut Hugs and Hello from Black Card stock and vellum and adhered them together, then onto the note cards.

I stamped “Sending” and “A note to say” from the Hugs Needed and Hello Friend stamp sets on black card stock with Versamark ink, then embossed with white embossing powder. Trimmed to size and adhered using foam adhesive onto my cards.

Thank you so much for stopping by and hope you have a creative day!
