Rainbow Cats.

Hey lovelies, It is Tracy here with you today sharing a card I created using Catitude Stamp set & Pattern Maker Stamp set.

I started off picking out what colours of Surface Ink I wanted to use, I know I wanted a rainbow theme and picked out the below inks.

If you haven’t tried the surface inks I highly recommend them, I didn’t use a stamping tool for this background so all the lines were only stamped once, just so you get a guide of coverage.

To get the spacing right I used my grid mat. I was going to choose the thinner stripe but went for the thicker one instead and I am so glad I did. I left a 1/4″ gap between each line. The good thing about the Pattern Maker stamp set is you can create so many different backgrounds, from simple like I have to some more layered style ones such as plaid.

Once I was happy with the background I put it to one side and stamped and coloured the cat, I used Prismacolor pencils and once she was all coloured up I used the matching dies to cut her out.

I love this sentiment and thought it went so well the cat. I stamped this onto some Neenah Solar White card and adhered it to some black card and trimmed it down to a small border.

I popped the cat up with some foam tape for a bit of dimension. Once the card was all put together I added some clear sequins for some shimmer.

I really had so much fun creating this card, especially the background.

Thank you so much for stopping by today, I hope you have a great day.

Happy crafting

Tracy.
