Pocket of … Flowers!

Hey everyone! Mindy here and  today’s card is focusing on the Pocket of Sunshine stamp set and off this particular set I’m using just the flowers.
I stamped my image onto Neenah white cardstock and stamped with a copic friendly ink. Then colored with my copic markers and die cut them out with the coordinating die set. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – I love that Pink & Main dies require NO snipping! They already come separated. My fingers are spared!
For my card background, I’m going to be working on a panel of cardstock that measures 4″ x 5 1/4″ which I’ll end up matting down to an A2 size cardbase. I used a piece of pattern paper from the Beach Babe paper pack. There are so many wonderful designs in this pack – I think it’s one of my favs! I cut a piece diagonally and added to my smaller panel. Then using black cardstock and some silver glitter paper, I added two fine strips that probably measure 1/4″ each. I didn’t measure. I eye-balled it.
I added my flower cluster to the corner of the card and the sentiment is added with foam strips for dimension. This sentiment is from the Main St stamp set in which I head embossed with white embossing powder on black cardstock.
Clean and simple. Crazy right? Coming from me … haha! Enjoy the rest of your day and hope to see you back here!
