Hi, today I have for you 5 mini cards. Their size is square around 4 inch (10cm). They are all one layer and I used this amazing and so flexible stamp set – Speech Patterns . It is really super stamp set for making quick and easy mini cards just right for saying short message. You can add them into basket with some muffins, or into flower bouquet, with chocolate etc. Their making is really not time consuming and I show you some easy tips. I prepared 5 mini cards and I used all of stamps in set.
1. This is simple and easy HI mini card, I used just Versa Fine onyx black ink.
2. Here I used funny technique called stamp layering and stamp repeating. I stamped with Hero Arts inks.
3. Heat embossed speech bubble and sentiment with silver embossing ink. Great way how to make interesting mini card. Do not forget to use antistatic powder before stamping. I used EK succes tool antistatic brush, VersaMark ink and silver embossing ink.
4. Heat embossing technique with white embossing ink. Background is very easy – I little bit saturated paper with water and than just lightly tapped with brush with classic watercolours just teal and dark pink. My base is just basic paper not watercolour and it works great in such small area. Try it! It looks really interesting.
5. This last mini card I like the best. Background is made with stencil and two colours of Distress ink. You can use any kind of stencil and ink. It looks like time consuming card but it is very easy. Sentiment and speech bubble are stamped with Archival ink.
