How To Frame An Image for A Perfect Composition? | BEE Day

How to finish off a card with a cute image and keep the composition well-balanced?

Hello Everybody!

It is Ksenija here today and I am sharing a simple way to frame an image to create a splendid composition for your card.

This approach helps to complete a card quickly and to achieve a balanced look. I picked the brand new BEE Day stamps and the matching dies from the March release.

The focal image is die cut, stamped with an alcohol marker friendly ink and coloured with Copic Sketch markers.

I sponged three shades of blue Distress inks onto a white card note. Using the Stitched Circle Die I cut a circle opening from the upper right corner of a white card stock panel.

Before starting to assemble my card I stamped down the sentiment from the same stamps set below the opening slightly off the center to the left.

I foam mounted the panel onto the card note and popped the bee image with a foam tape within the opening.

The three little bees are embellishing my card.

Having assembled the card, I added a glossy glue onto the bee’s eyes for a shiny look.

Before I let you go I would like to remind you, that PM is celebrating the 5th Birthday and I invite you to join the Blog Hop with an amazing line up of famous cardmakers. There are generous prizes too! Follow THIS link to help us celebrate the birthday.

Thank you so much for stopping by today! Have a great day!
