Hey Gullfriend card by Pam Pease

Hello P&M Fans,

Hope everyone is enjoying the start of summer.  Are you loving the new June release? So many amazing new products to pick from! I decided to showcase the new Gullfriend Stamp Set for my DT project this week. As always, a list of the products used will be at the bottom along with links. 🙂

My Process

I created a standard A2 card using Neenah Solar White 110lb card stock. I did my Copic coloring using the same Neenah paper to keep it consistent. I cut a piece of patterned paper 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 to cover the front. My scene is layered using the new wave border dies. After running the whole sandwich through my die cut machine using the largest of the rectangle nesting dies. I glued it to the front of the patterned paper. I had some fun with sand and glue to create a little dimension. The trick is to use a thick craft glue and to sprinkle the sand on while its still wet and allow to dry thoroughly.

Turtles are very special to me. I have a giant turtle collection in my home, including stamps, stickers, etc. But these turtles are the very cutest I have seen! It feels like I can have a conversation with them! The one I love the most is the one staring at me! He reminds me of my son in a pic I have of him as a baby! Thank you for designing such a beautiful set! 💗😘
