Celebrate!

Hi everyone! It’s Jeannie (InsideoutJeans) on the blog today with Pink and Main’s focusing on one of the new release items along with an older one. I hope you’ve been enjoying all the new items and the designs by the team. I have a new project to share with you today using the new release!

I’m always a fan of the cover dies from Pink and Main and this one is no different. The Flower Cover die is really pretty so I want the focus there with a simple card design.

I chose a few alcohol inks and created a three colored card panel. Although I couldn’t predict how the colors worked together, this turned out really pretty. Since these colors really pop, I cut white cardstock using the Flower Cover die to place right on top and it really lets you focus on this die cut.

For the sentiment, I really needed something to stand out against this cover die. I decided to use the Celebrate stamps and the coordinating dies for this. I cut the shadow on vellum and the words in black cardstock. I also heat embossed the sentiment on black cardstock using white embossing powder.

To finish off this card, I decided to use the Rose Gold Glossy Dots for the centers of each of the flowers. I love how subtle this turned out to be and it really finished off the card.

Thanks for stopping by! Come back again soon for some more inspiration and ideas!
