Catitude and Pattern Maker Sneak Peek!

Hello, everyone! It’s Lynnea and I’m so excited to share my first post as part of the Pink & Main design team! The July release is absolutely amazing! I picked a few of my favorite products and made two cards to share with you today!

These kitties are just too adorable for words! They’re so cute! And they certainly have a bit of catitude! Haha!

For my first card I took one of the pattern stamps from the Pattern Maker stamp set (to be released July 10th) and stamped it twice with black ink on the bottom portion of my card. I heat embossed it with clear powder to add some shine. I also stamped and embossed the three hearts directly to the card and the sentiment above the background pattern. I took quite possibly my favorite kitty from the Catitude stamp set (also to be released July 10th) and stamped her onto watercolor paper. I used clear embossing on her as well to keep a cohesive look. I watercolored her with markers and a waterbrush and then cut her out with my scissors. There are coordinating dies for the Catitutde stamp set and I used them on the next card – but I thought the black theme looked better with the cat cut out without the white border. I popped her up with foam tape and I was done!

For my second card I decided to stamp the checkered background on a diagonal. I used my MISTI to help me with placement and stamping. I used Versamark ink and rose gold embossing powder – which looks more pink than rose gold, but I love it! I added the sentiment with black ink and clear embossing and used watercolor markers to color the kitty – which also is one of my favorites! I love the little heart on her chest! It’s such a fun little detail!

Those are my two cards! I hope you’ve enjoyed this little peek at the July 2018 release!
