Birthday Kids Sneak Peak!

Welcome back! Mindy with you today and I have a card and video to share using some new products from Pink & Main that will be released on March 10.
Pink & Main is celebrating a birthday this month and what a way to kick it off with these super cute kids from the Birthday Kids stamp set. I couldn’t pick just one image so I did a boy and a girl for my card.
I’m starting out by creating my heart. I ink blended Picked Raspberry, Carved Pumpkin and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide ink onto Bristol Smooth cardstock. Then I die cut out a heart using the Double Stitched Heart Die using my Big Shot machine.
Next, I’m stamping out my images onto Neenah White cardstock 80 lb with MFT Black Ink which is a copic friendly ink. Then I colored my images in with Copic Markers. I used the coordinating dies that you can purchase separately to cut out my images. I love the fact that I don’t need wire snippers to cut my dies apart. They come already separated !!
I’m stamping a sentiment on top of the ink blended heart using Versafine black ink and then attaching the heart to a 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ side folding card. I’ll attach the kiddo with some foam squares and finish off my card with some glossy dots.

  1. The image is actually stamped in white ink.   I used StazOn white ink because that is what I have in my stash.   Then you color over the top of the ink when it dries. This stamp set is the same set I used in my previous post.

  2. Hi Dan, you”re welcome to try it with gochujang if you would like. Though, it will give a quite strong spicy flavor, so you might want to dilute it. Enjoy! freelance copywriter
