Bundle Of Joy From Pink and Main

Hey everyone. It’s Dana with you today. I’m sooo super excited to share my card with you. I go straight out crazy when I see cute babies. They always put a smile on my face. I’m that Mom who keeps saying to her daughter, “SOOOOO when you are going to give me a grand baby to play with?” 😂 I know terrible pressure by hey I’m getting older by the day. 😉 The Bundle Of Joy stamps and coordinating dies are PERFECT for welcoming in a new little one to the world. For my card today I used the adorable little onesie that comes in this stamp set to create a background. I colored the onesies with my Copic markers in the following colors: R21, R22, Y21, Y32, BG11, BG13, YR12, YR14, G21, G40, BV000, BV01 and W00 and W01 for the shading around the onesies. After all the coloring was completed, I randomly stamped one of the sentiments between the white areas of this background piece.

I used the Stitched Rectangle dies to trim down this piece and also a teal background piece. I adhered these two panel together and placed them on a white card base. All that was left was a sentiment. I stamped out the congrats sentiment from this stamp set onto black card stock and heat embossed it with white embossing powder.

Lastly I trimmed down the sentiment piece and popped it up with foam tape to the center of my card. Adding just a little faux stitching on the sentiment strip helped to mirror the stitching on the other panels.
