Hey lovelies, it is Tracy here with you today sharing a card I created using the adorable Sweet Carousel Stamp set.
This is a very sweet set with several images based around a carousel with some perfect sentiments. I decided to go for a love/valentines theme. I knew I HAD to use the gorgeous Heart Foil paper from the new Watercolor Foil Paper Pad so I coloured the image around that, adding in some purples and greens. I used Spectrum Noir Triblend markers to color the image and added some Clear Sparkle to certain areas along with white gel pen highlights and some glossy accents.
I used the matching dies to die cut her out once everything was dry and then used some ink on the background to create a pink glow, I then stamped the sentiment and used the Stitched Rectangle Set 1 dies to die cut the white piece and also the foiled paper.
I then started to adhere everything to the A2 top folding notecard. I used some Glue Dots for some dimension…I didn’t want too much dimension just a little. Once I had adhered everything I used some of the Gold Glossy Hearts to finish the card off.
I love that this paper takes what would be a clean and simple card and gives it that something extra, it really is beautiful.
